RE:    Planned Alabama Medicaid System Maintenance - July 24–26, 2026

The Alabama Medicaid Agency (Medicaid) will be conducting planned system maintenance beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2026, through Sunday, July 26, 2026, to update key IT systems and infrastructure.

During this maintenance window, several Medicaid applications and online services will be temporarily unavailable. Work is expected to be completed by Monday, July 27, although services may be restored sooner as individual applications become available.

Please note that the Eligibility system and Claims system will remain available during this maintenance.

Affected applications include:

  • Alabama Medicaid Website
  • Estate Notice of Probate Portal
  • Expedite Portal
  • Elderly and Disabled (E&D) Application
  • Hospital to Home Portal
  • One Health Record® Portal (only affects portal access)
  • One Door Alabama Portal
  • Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnancy Webform
  • Fraud and Abuse Reporting Portal
  • Gateway to Community Living (GCL) Portal

Once the Alabama Medicaid website maintenance is complete, notices will be posted on the website to inform users of the anticipated completion time.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as these important system upgrades are completed to enhance the reliability and performance of our technology services.

Thank you for your continued partnership with the Alabama Medicaid Agency.
