The normal business times during UAT are 7am – 7pm, Monday -
Friday. This is the time period in which
the application is up and running for UAT participants. Any time outside of the normal business hours,
the application may be taken offline to run backups, install software patches
or implement configuration changes that are part of the testing phase. In the event the application must be taken
offline during normal business hours, the Project Team will make an
announcement on the STAARS home page in the “System Status” section. Additionally, those subscribed to the STAARS
website will receive an automated email message. There may be some very short notice exceptions
that require direct emails to Agency Test Leads and Agency Liaison Managers
(ALMs).
