Now that UAT has started, what do you need to do to add new participants? The initial load of testers was
from the “Tester Assigned” spreadsheets pulled from your agency’s SharePoint
folder on February 13, 2015. If your
agency would now like to add additional testers, your Agency Test Lead must
complete and submit an additional spreadsheet with the “new” UAT participants
identified.
Each “Tester Assigned” Excel file contains a blank
spreadsheet (Additional Testers) to
use for adding “new” participants. Please follow the steps below to get your
new participants loaded in STAARS.
1. Go to your agency UAT folder to access the "Tester Assigned" file.
2. Using the blank spreadsheet found in your original Tester Assigned Excel file, add the names of the new testers to the "new" sheet named "Additional Testers". (Note: Do not mix new names with names that were submitted on the original spreadsheet that was loaded on February 13th.)
3. Update the "Tester Assigned" spreadsheet in the same SharePoint location as the original.
4. Contact the STAARS UAT Support Team to let us know that you have new testers that need to be added to STAARS.
Once your spreadsheet is updated, your Agency Test Lead must
contact the UAT Support Team to let us know you would like to add new
participants. We will then use your
updated Tester Assigned spreadsheet from SharePoint to add the new testers for
your agency.
This process should be repeated anytime during UAT you need
to add new participants. Contact the UAT
support team for help with changes to existing testers.
