Secretary of State Beth Chapman wants to remind all registered voters that Thursday, October 28th is the last day for county absentee election managers to receive absentee ballot applications for the November 2nd general election.
Marked absentee ballots sent by US mail must be postmarked no later than November 1st and must be received no later than noon on November 2nd. If the voter chooses to hand deliver his absentee ballot, the ballot must be received no later than the close of business on November 1st.
"Your vote is your voice," said Chapman. "Let your voice be heard loud and clear on Election Day."
