RE: ACA Safe Harbor Outage – Scheduled Maintenance

Please be advised that, due to scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, users will be unable to process real-time or batch 270/271 and 276/277 transactions through ACA Safe Harbor.

Outage period:

• START:  Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. (Central Time)
• END:  Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 5:00 a.m. (Central Time)

Impact:

• Real-time and batch 270/271 and 276/277 transactions through ACA Safe Harbor will be impacted.
• Provider Web Portal file transmission and claims submission will not be impacted by this maintenance.

We encourage providers to plan accordingly for this downtime. Normal operations will resume once maintenance is complete.
