 RE:  Provider Secure Web Portal Outage – Scheduled Maintenance

Please be advised that the Provider Secure Web Portal, operated by Gainwell, will undergo scheduled maintenance that will result in an outage.  During this time, the Provider Secure Web Portal will be unavailable.

Outage period:

• START:  Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Central Time)
• END:  Friday, May 22, 2026, at 5:00 a.m. (Central Time)

Impact:

• No access to the Provider Secure Web Portal for claims submission and processing, eligibility verification, and related transactions.

We encourage providers to plan accordingly for this downtime. Normal operations will resume once maintenance is complete.

During the maintenance window the AVRS system will be available for inquiry at: 1-800-727-7848.
