You are invited to review the OTCC's Proposed Draft Rule and submit your comments during the public comment period  by taking these actionable steps:

The public comment period will OPEN on February 12, 2026, and CLOSE on March 13, 2026. Comments must be received NO LATER than 4:00 P.M. (CST) on March 13, 2026, to be considered by the OTCC.
