Gainwell System Outage – Scheduled Maintenance
Please
be advised that the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), operated by
Gainwell, will undergo scheduled maintenance that will result in certain
features being unavailable. During this time, secure web portal reports
including, but not limited to, revalidation facsimiles, the features to upload
documents for revalidation, enrollment updates, non-pharmacy prior
authorizations, consent forms, etc. will not be available. Claims,
eligibility processing, and pharmacy prior authorizations will be unaffected.
Outage
period:
- Start: Friday, November 7, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
(Central Time)
- End: Monday, November 10, 2025, at 6:00 a.m.
(Central Time) or sooner
Impact:
- Ability to download reports from the secure web
portal
- Ability to upload documents for non-pharmacy prior
authorizations in the secure web portal
- Ability to upload consent forms
- Ability to upload revalidation documents in the
secure web portal
- Ability to upload provider enrollment update
documents
- Ability to upload application documents via the
electronic application portal
Providers
are encouraged to plan accordingly for this downtime. Normal operations will
resume once maintenance is complete.
