RE: Coverage Addition for Practitioners (CRNPs and PAs)
Effective
for dates of service on or after April 1, 2024, the Alabama Medicaid Agency
(Medicaid) has updated the claims processing system to allow practitioners
(CRNPs and PAs) to file claims for non-operative orthopedic fracture treatments in an
office setting using the procedure codes listed below:
