RE: Provider Enrollment--Durable Medical Equipment Revalidation

Effective September 1, 2023, Alabama Medicaid will change the revalidation for all Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers from annually to every three years. If providers do not revalidate, their enrollment will be closed.
