RE:   Hospital Outpatient Fee Schedule

Effective October 1, 2022, the Alabama Medicaid Agency updated the Hospital Outpatient Fee Schedule.

To access the Hospital Outpatient Fee Schedule, please visit www.medicaid.alabama.gov, select the Providers tab, and then select Fee Schedules. Accept the user agreement and select Hospital Outpatient Fee Schedule.
