In this edition of Alabama Arts, Amy Williamson, ASCA visual arts program manager, talks with artist Caleb O’Connor. Best known for the large paintings in the Federal Courthouse in Tuscaloosa depicting scenes from the area’s history, Caleb talks about the importance of public art to a community.
