The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, (hereinafter referred to as “the Department”) seeks skilled, qualified vendors to submit a response to provide Early Head Start services for the Department’s Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) Program. The mission of the EHS-CCP program is to provide high-quality child care and an array of comprehensive services to low-income infants, toddlers, and their families. The Department has a grant from the Administration for Children and Families Office of Head Start to operate an Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership Program to serve 566 infants, toddlers, and their families.
